MASTERS SWIMMING
The Kouga Swim Club has an active Masters or Adult Swim squad that trains all year round. In winter the squad is based in the Training Edge Gym in Jeffreys Bay.
Summertime sees the squad move to Marina Martinique for open water training and the Humansdorp masters train at the Nico Malan Pool.
We cater for all levels of masters swimmers and many of the masters compete in the EP Open Water Swim Series at Marina Martinique as well as the Ocean Racing Series in Port Elizabeth.
Stroke correction classes and Learn to Swim lessons are also available for adult swimmers.
Iron Men competitors and triathletes are more than welcome to join the training sessions.
